No. 122 or 1997 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition fora grav: of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above-named deceased, who diced at Kijabe, on 9th January, 1980, has been filed in this registry by (1) Pithon Kamau Jacob and (2) Elikana Itathi Jacob. both of P.O. Box 96, Kijabe, in their capacities as sons of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be - lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this “notice.
