TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: Cause No. 155 oF 1998 By Caroline Adhiambo Owuor, of P.O. Box 2496, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Otieno Owuor, late of Manyatta “A” Sub-location, Kisumu District in Kenya, who. died on 29th November, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
