REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Symon Ndiritu Kariuki, of P.O. Box 31611, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 5.54 acres or thereabout, krown as L.R. No. 7660/89, situate at Tigoni, Kiambu District, held under certificate of title registered as I.R. 17059/1, and whereas the said Symon Ndiritu Kariuki, has executed an instrument of transfer in favour of Tabitha Wangeci Nderitu, of P.O. Box 31611, Nairobi, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 55 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate c* title registered as I.R. 17059/1, is not available for registration, ..0tice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said certificate of title and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer.
