TAKE NOTICE that applications. having been made in this court in: Cause No. 10 oF 1998 By (1) Eric K. Kemei and (2) David Kipkemei, both of P.O. Box 155, Ainabkoi in’ Kenya, the deceased’s administrators, through R. L. Aggarwal, advocate of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Kiptoo Kipkemei, late of Eldoret, who died at Mwea-Nairobi Road in Kenya, on 12th February, 1996. Cause No. 189 oF 1998 By Esther Chesang Koske, of P.O. Box 474, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat Koske, late of Kaimbaga Sub-location, Nyandarua District in Kenya, who died there on 17th June, 1991. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
