WHEREAS Njoroge Gacheru, of P.O. Box 88, Kahuro in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land - registered under title No. Loc. 8/Gatuya/278, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in civil suit No. 2617 of 1989, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Godfrey Irari Gacheru, of P.O. Box 88, Kahuro, and whereas the deputy registrar of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Godfrey Irari Gacheru, of P.O. Box 88, Kahuro, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Godfrey Irari Gacheru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Nioroge Gacheru, shall be deemed to. be cancelled and of no effect. 8th September, 1998.
