THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Haji Ahmed (deceased), of P.O. Box 181, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as portion No. 351, situate within Mambrui, Kilifi District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R. 14157/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been abduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
