WHEREAS Michael Rotich Kandie’Kiptepkut, of P.O. Box 60000, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece. of land known as C-R. 209/10530/119, situate in the city of Nairobi, held by a certificate of title registered as L.R. No. 64542/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been abduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
