IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by regulation 6 (1) of the Presidential and Parliamentary Elections Regulations, 1992, the Electoral Commission gives notice for the purpose of polling during the 16th September, 1998 By-elections for the Kieni Parliamentary seat and various Civic wards that— (a) the constituencies appearing in capital letters in the first column are respectively divided into the polling areas named thereunder; (b) the polling areas are cach assigned centres with distinguishing numbers specified in the second column; (c) each assigned centre distinguishing numbers has the number of streams specified in the third column; and (d) each polling area has the place or places specified in the fourth column as place or places at-which the polling stations for such polling areas shall be established.
