APPLICATION having been made by (1) Rashmikant Fulchand and. (2) Neina Rashmikant Shah, both of P.O. Box 42563, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya (herein called “the., applicant”) for an order in the Adoption Act, Cap. 143 authorizing them to adopt Rajeev, an infant. ‘And the applicant having attained the age of 25 years and being at least 21 years older than the infant. And the date of the infant appearing to be 14th October, 1996, at Edgware General Hospital, Edgware in the United Kingdom. And the name by which the infant is to be known being Rajeev Rashmikant Shah. It is ordered that: (a) The applicant be and is hereby authorized to adopt the infant. (b) The Registrar-General shall make in the Adopted Children Register an entry rewarding the adopted with the particulars set out in the schedule to this order. (c) The Registrar-Géneral shall cause the said entry in the Register of Births to be marked with the words “Adopted”. SCHEDULE Date, place of birth of infant.—14th October, 1996, at Edgware Hospital, Edgware in the United Kingdom. Sex of infant.—Male. Name of infant.—Rajeev Rashmikant Shah. Name, occupation, and address of adopters. —(1)Rashmikant Fulchand Shah and (2) Neina Rashmikant Shah, businessman and housewife, respectively, of P.O. Box 42563, Nairobi. Date of adoption order and court which made order.—24th February, 1998, in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi. Given under my hand and the seal of the court at Nairobi this 24th February, 1998. .
