GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4699

WHEREAS Jumwa Yeri Randu (deceased), of P.O. Box’ 38, Kilifi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece’ of land known as parcel No. Majani/Block 5 “A‘/130, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas both the Arbitral Tribunal Court in case No. 10.of 1997 and in Land Dispute case No. 7 of 1997 in the senior resident magistrate’s court at Kilifi; has ordered that the above referred to parcel be transferred to Nathaniel Karisa Kadenge, of P.O. Box 605, Kilifi, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfert of the said piece’ of land in favour of Nathaniel Karisa Kadenge, and whereas all efforts made to trace the land title deed issued to Jumwa Yeri Randu (deceased) has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30).days from the date hereof provided hevalid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Nathaniel Karisa Kadenge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jumwa Yeri Randu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
