GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4698

WHEREAS Mbugua Muimbu, of P.O. Box 1224, North Kinangop in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Chania/Mataara/429, situate in the district of Thika, and whereas: the resident magistrate’s court at Thika, in civil case No. 209 of 1992, :has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Mbugua Muimbu, of P.O. Box 1224, North Kinangop, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the ‘said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in _ favour of Mbugua Muimbu, of P.O. Box 1224, North Kinangop, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said decree documents and issue a land title deed to the said Mbugua Muimbu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbugua Muimbu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
