GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 4697

WHEREAS: Mary Wambui Wangombe, of P.O. Box 153, Ichichi in. the: Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that-piece of'tand known as parcel No: Loc. 9/Ichichi/215, situate in the district-of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi,in civil suit No. 2182 of 1997, has. ordered that the said piece.of land be transferred to Simon Muchiri Kiai, of P.O. Box ‘70, Githunguri, and whereas the executive officer of the said court has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said.piece-of land in favour of Simon Muchiri Kiai, of P.O. Box 70, Githunguri, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument-of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Simon Muchiri Kiai, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mary Wambui Wangombe, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
