WHEREAS Turtles Limited, a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Kenya, having its registered office at Nairobi, P.O. Box 10669, Nairobi, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/10830/12, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 52356/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period. No. 12803/27, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R.N. 37522/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
