WHEREAS Taplelei. w/o Cherimbor, of P.O.’ Box 213, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Nandi/Kaptel/1670, situate in the district of Nandi, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Kapsabet, in land case No. LDT/10/96, has ordered that the said piece of land transferred to Aron Kiptanui Kili, and whereas the executive -officer of the court has in pursuance to an order of the said court reverted ownership to Tablelei w/o Cherimbor unconditionally, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after.the expiration of. thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Tablelei w/o Cherimbor, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Aron Kiptanui Kili, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
