No. 4953/38, situate in the Thika Municipality by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 12615/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title at the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof unless a written objection is received within that period. No. 209/3011/8, situate in the city of Nairobi, held under a lease registered as I.R. 7286/3/1, and whereas the said Kinya Hiukia, has. executed an instrument of surrender in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificate of lease registered as I.R. 7286/3/1, is not available for registration, notice is given that after fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided that no ‘objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said: lease and proceed with the registration of the said instrument. of surrender.
