the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act

ACT

PURSUANT to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act, (Cap. 38), notice is issued to Tropical Food Products Limited, of P.O. Box 62869, Nairobi, to take delivery of their vehicle Kia Boxer, reg. No. KAH 811W, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice upon payment of the outstanding bills, fees and storage charges to be determined at the delivery plus the cost of this advertisement. The vehicle is lying at our Schenker House Cargo Village, at Jomo Kenyatta Interna- tional Airport. Failure to take delivery of the said vehicle and to make payment will compel Schenker and Company (E.A.) Limited, to sell the vehicle after ninety (90) days of the expiry of the notice to take delivery as provided under section 7 of the said Act.
