REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Pelish Wandia Ismail Macharia, of P.O. Box 10560, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 12062/348, situate in the city of Nairobi, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 40999/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no written objection is received within that period.
