E10 OF 2021 By Apollo Odhiambo Olang George, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Apolo Apolo alias Pius Apollo Apollo, who died on 27th January, 1997, CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2021 By William Odhiambo Odongo, of P.O. Box 140302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dennis Odongo Opiyo alias Odongo Opiyo, who died on 8th September, 2001. * CAUSE NO. 161 OF 2021 By (1) Rael Adoyo Polo and (2) Dennish Okoth Polo, both of P.O. Box 273, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carilus Polo Oruko alias Polo Oruko, who died on 18th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
