TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2021 By Harun Murage Gitunju, of P.O. Box 2, Wang’uru, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Wanjiru Haron, who died at Kiarukungu, on 11th January, . 2019, CAUSE No. E130 OF 2021 By Ann Wanjiru Jeremiah, of P.O. Box 80, Wang’uru, the deceased’s administratrix, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremia Njoka Gatimo alias Jeremiah Njoka Gatimo, who died at OLL Mwea Hospital, on 14th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
