TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2021 ‘By Peter Mwangi Macharia, of P.O. Box 67, Kigumo in Kenya, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wairimu Macharia, who died at Iriguini Sub4ocation, on 30th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. 159 OF 2021 By Benard Nyuta Mwangi, of P.O. Box 59-10203, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndirangu Ngekenya, who died at Mariira, on 2nd June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
