TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 100 OF 2020 By (1) Francis Nyoike Wawem and (2) Simon Mwaura Waweru, both of P.O. Box 716, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waweru Wanyoike, who died at Kenyatta Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 2001. CAUSE NO. 209 OF 2021 By (1) Jacinta Muthoni Gichuhi and (2) Obadiah Mungai Nduati, both of P.O, Box 797, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathaniel Nduati alias Nduati Kanja, who died at Nairobi, on 23rd July, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
