TAKE NOTICE that applications having been, made in this court im: CAUSE NO. E469 OF 2021 By Rose Atieno Oruko, of P.O. Box 413, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clementina Adhiambo Oruko alias Clementina Odhiambo Oroko, who died at Koyeyo, on 4th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. F470 oF 2021: By Elizabeth Awuor Oduor, of P.O. Box 192, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophus Oduor Adongo alias Cleophas Odnor Adongo, who died at SDH, on 19th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
