Kungu Neundo alias Maryann Wanjiku Ngundo, who died at London, on 17th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E800 OF 2021 By (1) Wilfred Karau Njeri and (2) Francis Njoroge Burugu, both of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milka Njeri Burugu, late of Ngata Sub-location, who died there on 4th March, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and a in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
