APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 42 A (b) of the Constitution of Kenya and in accordance with paragraph | of the second schedule to the Presidential and Parliamentary Regulations 1992, the Electoral Commission appoints the following persons to be members of language and appeals boards for the purpose of section 34 (c) of the Constitution of Kenya with effect from 16th December, 1998 to 30th December, 1998 both days included: Language Board S.
