Box 45942, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, the father and legal guardian of Ngure wa Ndaba, alias Moses Ngure Ndaba, on behalf of the said Ngure wa Ndaba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Moses Ngure Ndaba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ngure wa Ndaba, for all purposes and authorize and request all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ngure wa Ndaba only.
