GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 319
NOTICE is given to the owner of the following motor vehicle, Volkswagen Golf, reg. No. KAD 547Y, which has been lying in the premises of Dobie Cooper Motors Limited, since 7th January, 1998, to remove the said motor vehicle within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice from the premises of
Dobie Cooper Motors Limited, P.O. Box 259, Eldoret, Kisumu
Road, upon payment of repairs, storage and other incidental charges.
Should the owner fail to pay all charges and remove the motor vehicle as aforesaid, the said motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction or private treaty and proceeds applied will defray the said charges, and balance, if any, shall be held to the credit of the owner and in the event of a shortfall the firm shall institute legal proceedings for recovery of the balance.
