IT IS notified for public information that the Idd-Ul-Fitr Holiday for 1999, shall be observed throughout the Republic of Kenya on Wednesday, 20th January, 1999. Dated the 5th January, 1999. F. M. Gazerre Notice No. 4 THE REGISTRATION OF TITLES ACT (Cap. 281, section 71) IssuE OF A PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE WHEREAS Abdalla Ali Taib, of P.O. Box 86770, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as L.R. No. 22525, Mariakani, situate within Mombasa Municipality, Mombasa District, held by a certificate of title registered as C.R.N. 146/I, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no written objection is received within that period. 1999, Dated the 8th January, .19 T.
