Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Kiganjo/Gachika/781, situate in the district of
Thika, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, in succession cause No. 130 of 1995, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Rakeli Kahaki Gichuhi, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor of the resultant numbers after the partition of the original number Kiganjo/Gachika/781, into 1789 and

Ndue, to surrender the land title deeds issued in respect of the said pieces of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is ‘given that’ after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration of the said succession in the name of
Rakeli‘Kahaki Gichuhi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said (1) Joseph Gachuhi Kinyanjui, (2) Njenga Ndui
