WHEREAS Isaac Maina Shadrack alias Isaac Maina, of P.O. Box 1135, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprictor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land containing 0.20.and 3.24 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title Nos. Loc. 19/Nyakianga/332 and Loc. 14/Kairo/ 15, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new land title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period. Box 404, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Loc. i6/Ndunyu Chege/595, 28th January, 2000 . containing 2.312 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of ‘Thika, and whereas the resident magistrate’s court at Thika, in civil case No. 88 of 1984, has ordered that the said piece of land be .registered in the name of Henry Maina, of P.O. Box 60107, Nairobi, and whereas ail efforts made to recover the land title deed surrendered to this office for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, l intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said court order documents issued earlier to the said Henry Maina, and the same shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
