NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 27th Junc, 2000, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1206, in Volume DI, Folio 916/1028, File No. DXXIX, by our client, Mary Kusasoi Naiterra, of P.O. Box 75, Ngong in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Kusasoi Gitau, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Kusasoi Gitau, and in licu thercof assumed and adopted the name Mary Kusasoi Naiterra, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Kusasoi Naiterra only.
