PURSUANT to section 63 of the Trade Unions Act, notice is given that Naivasha, Kapsabct, Kiambu, Narok, Vihiga, Kakamega, 27th October, 2100
Mwingi, Kitengela, Migori, Nyahururu, Mumias, Bungoma, Homa
Bay, Malindi and Busia branches of the Transport and Allied Workers
Union (Kenya) have been registered under the Act. .

ADMISSIONS
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Advocates (Admission)
Regulations, it is notified that the following four (4) persons—
Beatrice Chebelyon Chelangat, Andrew Petes Kariuki, Inosi Mary Nyatta, Mandeep Kaur Nagi, have complied with the provisions of section 13 of the Advocates Act as to pupillage and the passing of examinations subject to such exemptions as may have been granted under subsection (2) of that section.

PURSUANT.to section 53 (9) of the Advocates Act and 12 (1) of the Advocates (Complaints Commission) Rules, 1991, it is notificd for gencral information that between Ist July, 2000 and 30th September, 2000, the Complaints Commission reccived a total of three hundred and seventy-five (375) new complaints of professional misconduct or otherwise against advocates and firms of advocates and that in the same period two hundred and fifty-cight (258) cascs were disposed of and two thousand cight hundred nincty-threc (2,893) remain pending.
