Box 967, Suna in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprictor of that picce of land known as parcel No. North Sakwa/Kamasoga/1421, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Migori, in succession cause No. 108 of 2000, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Elsa Akinyi Oluoch (the administrator of the deceased’s estate), and whereas all cfforts made to trace the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer by succession and issue a new land title deed to the said Elsa Akinyi-Oluoch, and upon such registration the land title deed issued carlicr to the said Oluoch Ochiel (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Box 3, Mitaboni in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprictor of that piece of land known as parcel No. Mitaboni/Kaiani/1136, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court at Machakos, in civil suit No. 65 of 1998, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Simon Musau Mavuti, of P.O. Box 513, Machakes, and whereas the executive officer of the court has in pursuance of an order of the said court executed a transfer of the said piece of land in favour of Simon Musau Mavuti, and whereas all efforts madc to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Simon Musau Mavuti, and upon such registration the land title deed issucd carlicr to the said Mweu Musyoki, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
