Gazerre Norice No. 6902 THE LIQUOR LICENSING ACT (Cap. 121) THE TAITA/TAVETA LIQUOR LICENSING COURT ~ Srarurory MEETING NOTICE is given that the next statutory mecting of the Taita/ Taveta, Liquor Licensing Court will be held at the District Commis- sioncr’s office, Wundanyi, on Monday, 13th Novembcr, 2000, at 10.00 a.m. Applications to be considered at this mecting whether for new, renewal, transfer, removal or conversion of licences should be submitted on the prescribed form G.P. 147 (or form G.P. 148 in case of transfer or removal) in triplicate with a KSh. 10 adhesive revenuc stamp affixed on the original copy only and addressed to the Chairman, Taita/Taveta Liquor Licensing Court, P.O. Private Bag, Wundanyi, so as to reach him on or before 25th September, 2000. Late applications will only be considered if reccived on or before 9th October, 2000, and on payment of KSh. 1,000, being late application fec. Applicants for new, transfer, removal or conversion of licences must appear in person before the liquor licensing court or be represented by an advocate. Attendance in court by renewal appli- cants is optional unless there are objections in which case attendance is desirable.
