WHEREAS I have on my own accord decided that an inquiry be held into the by-laws, working and financial conditions of Kirinyaga District Co-operative Union Limited (CS/972), and in accordance with section 58 of the Co-operative Socictics Act. Now therefore, I authorize (1) William Kilel,. District Co-opcrative Auditor, P.O. Box 30, Kapsabet and (2) G. K. Karuku, Assistant Commissioner for Co-operative Devclopment, P.O. Box 960, Nakuru, to hold an inquiry within one (1) month from the date hercof - at such place and time as may be expedient and duly notified by them. The attention of all officers and members of the socicty is directed to the following sections of the Co-operative Socictics Act. Section 60 (1)}—cosi of inquiry.
