VIHIGA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF DAVID LUNGAFWA ESAGI PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Cause No. 102 oF 1999 LET ALL the partics concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of Ictters of administration intestate to the estate of the above-named deccased, who dicd at Kapsabct Hospital, on 20th Junc, 1993, has been filed in this registry by Albert Mudaki Lungafwa, in his capacity as son of the deccased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the . making of the proposed grant arc invited and must be lodged in this iwgistry within thirty (30) days of publication of this noticc.
