THE RESIDENT MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT KERUGOYA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JULIUS KARIUKI MITHAMO PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Cause No. 103 oF 2000 LET ALL the partics concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of Ictters of administration intestate to the cstate of the above-named deceased, who dicd at District Hospital, Kerugoya, on 17th August, 1970, has been filed in this registry by Jamleck Ndathi Kaboto, of P.O. Box 391, Kerugoya, in his capacity as an administra- tor of the deccased’s estate. : And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant arc invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this noticc. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in this registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date of publication of this notice, the court may procced to makc the grant as prayed or to make such order
