THE HIGH COURT OF KENYA AT NAKURU IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF ASHWIN DEVCHAD SHAH OF NAKURU PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Cause No. 68 oF 2000 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above-named deceased, who died at Plot No. 110, Section XXV, on 1st May, 1999, has been filed in this registry by (1) Pravin D. Shah and (2) Kanti D. Shah, in their capacities as brothers of the deceased. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice.
