WHEREAS Philemon Burrcti Rono, of P.O. Box 9, Litcin in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as. proprictor of that picce of land known as L.R. No. 631/1040, situate in the Kericho Municipality, Kericho District, by virtuc of a grant registered as I.R. 53388/1, and whereas sufficient cvidence has been adduced to show that the said grant issucd ‘thercof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of nincty (90) days from the date hercof, I shall issuc a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has becn reccived within that period. .Dated the 26th May, 2000.
