APPOINTMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by scction 85 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Codec, the Attorney-General, appoints— Lukas Mutimu Kano’atra being an officer of the Kenya Anti-Corruption Authority, to be a* _ public prosecutor for all cases: arising undcr the Prevention of Corruption Act (Cap. 65), and all othcr cascs involving corrupt transactions under any other law for so long as he shall continuc to hold office as aforesaid. - Dated the 18th May, 2000.
