COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above-named part development plan has been completed. The part development plan relates to land situated in Kajiado Township. A copy of the part development plan has been, deposited for public inspection at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, the District Commissioner and at the Olkejuado County Council notice board, Olkejuado Township. The copy so. deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the offices of the District Physical Planning Officer, the District Commissioner and at the Olkejuado County Council notice board, Olkejuado Township, during normal working hours. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the District Physical Planning Officer, P.O. Box 26, Kajiado, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shail state the grounds on which it is made. Dated the 21st February, 2000. K.
