take notice that a petition for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of the above-named deceased, who died at Kerugoya Medical Centre, on 9th February, 2000, has been filed in this registry by Monica Wambui Ndiangui, in her capacity as an administratrix of the deceased’s estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to the making of the proy grant are invited and must be lodged in this registry - within thirty (30) days of publication’ of this notice.
