THE SENIOR PRINCIPAL MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT THIKA IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF SIMON KIMOTHO NGANGA PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Cause No. 82 oF 2000 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of th above-named deceased, who died at Kiambu District, on 30t January, 1993, has been filed in this registry by (1) Mburu Nganga, (2 Stanley Muruga Nganga and (3) Marion Wangari Kimotho, all of P.O Box 712, Gatundu, in their respective capacities as administrators an an administratrix of the deceased’s estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to th making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in thi registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in thi " registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date « publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant z prayed or to make such order
