SHAH PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION Succession Cause No. 53 oF 2000 LET ALL the parties concerned take notice that a petition for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of th above-named deceased, who died at Aga Khan Hospital, on 1: August, 1999, has been filed in this registry by Vinay Chandul: Jethalal Shah, in her capacity as an administratrix of the deceased estate. And further take notice that objections in the prescribed form to th making of the proposed grant are invited and must be lodged in th registry within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice. And further take notice that if no objection has been lodged in th registry in the prescribed form within thirty (30) days of the date « publication of this notice, the court may proceed to make the grant : prayed or to make such order
