GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 2419

WHEREAS Rukiya Binti Soud Bin Ali Bashir, of P.O. Box 98526, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of that piece of land known as parcel No. L.R. Nos. MN/VI/1755, 1751 and 1738, containing 0.1399, 0.1926 and 0.1932 acres, respectively, situate in Mombasa Municipality, held under certificates of titles registered as C.R. 10812/1, 10870/1 and 10866/1, respectively, and whereas the said Rukiya Binti Soud Bin Ali Bashir has executed instruments of transfers in favour of (1) Mzee Ali Madi, (2) Samuel M. Mwakwari, and (3) Gilbert Mungai Kamau, all of P.O. Box 92003, Mombasa, respectively, and whereas an affidavit has been filed in terms of section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said certificates of titles registered as C.R. 10812/1, 10870/1 and 10866/1, are not available for registration, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deeds and proceed with the registration, of the said instruments of transfer and issue new land title deeds to the said (1) Mzee Ali Madi, (2) Samuet M. Mwakwari and (3) Gilbert Mungai Kamau, and upon such registration _ the land title deeds issued earlier to the said Rukiya Binti Soud Bin Ali Bashir, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
