REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rukiya Binti Soud Bin Ali Bashir, of P.O. Box 98526, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of those pieces of land known as portions/subdivisions Nos. 1755, 1751 and 1738, section VI, mainland north, situate within Mombasa Municipality, Mombasa District, held by certificates of titles registered as C.R. 10873/1, 10870/1 and 10866/1, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates of titles issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date hereof, I shall issue provisional certificates of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
