NOTICE is given that Habib African Bank Limited, of P.O. Box 48361, Nairobi, which has ceased operating as a bank with effect from 1st December, 1999, is to. be formally wound-up. Members of the public are notified that at the company’s general meeting held on 29th February, 2000, a special resolution was passed for a voluntary winding-up of the Habib African Bank Limited, in accordance with the Companies Act, and pursuant to these provisions, Diamond Jamal, of Kassam Lakha Samvir Abdullah & Company, Certified Public Accountants, of P.Q.
