TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2023 By (1) Samson Kiyaka Nyaanga and (2) Stephen Moruri Nyaanga, both of P.O. Box 256, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Nyaanga Kiyaka alias Nyaanga Kiyaka, who died on 21st July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2023 By (1) Lydia Moraa Ratemo and (2) Hellen Kwamboka Ratemo, both of P.O. Box 11, Gesusu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenedy Nathan Mairura, who died on 28th May, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
