TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2023 By Uldah Adhiambo Ochieng, of P. O. Box 135~-40302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Siguti Akula alias Siguti Akula, who died on 10th March, 1985. CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Atieno Ouma and (2) Collince Odhiambo Ouma, both of P.O. Box 140302, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dera Omulo, who died on 26th June, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the K enya Gazette.
