E135 OF 2023 By Isaya Otieno Anyuou, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaka Anyuow Asowa alias Anyuow Asowa, who died on 15th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E136 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Okech Osewe and (2) Stephen Otieno Oketch, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anton Osewe Okech alias Anton s/o Okech, who died on 2nd May, 2007. CAUSE NO. E140 oF 2023 By Pamela Anyango Oyuko, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Oyuko, who died on 12th March, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
