Box 43, Mbumbuni in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasua Mumo Nthumo, who died at Kako, on 7th June, 1990. CAUSE NO. 57 OF 2023 By (1) Simon Mutie Maitha and (2) Robert Kioko Maitha, both of P.O. Box 60-90103, Wamunyu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Maitha Muinde, who died at Muthetheni, on 19th August, 1984, CAUSE NO. 58 OF 2023 By Loise Nduleve Kawasya, of P.O. Box 3, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kawasya Mbuvi Syuma, who died at Shalom Hospital in Kenya, on 9th November, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
